The CrossFit POP classes will consistently challenge you and keep things fresh with new daily workouts that could include barbell, kettlebell, gymnastics and/or body weight movements. Outside of their group classes, they offer one-on-one training as well.
With their Personal Training Programs, they tailor the workouts to meet your specific fitness goals.
